H INNOV LLC researches Artificial General Intelligence (IAG) and develops deterministic certification systems. Florn (www.florn.dev) is a product operated by H INNOV LLC and may be subject to separate product terms.

2. Informational nature of the Site

The Site provides general corporate, research, and product information. It does not constitute an offer of securities, investment advice, legal advice, or a commitment to enter into any transaction.

Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as a public disclosure of proprietary methods, certification internals, source code, or trade secrets.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not impair the Site, other users, or our systems.

You must not attempt unauthorized access, scrape the Site in an abusive manner, introduce malware, or use the Site to send spam or unlawful content.

Research descriptions are high-level and may evolve. Public statements do not expand any product warranty under separate Florn terms.

Communications sent through the Site or listed contact channels are not confidential by default unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing (for example under an NDA).

Forward-looking statements about research or products are subject to change and involve risks and uncertainties.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence provide otherwise.

Courts located in Delaware shall have jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under local law.
